CDLLife & Veterans In Trucking are partnering to host adventures that will center around time in nature with a focus on wellness and skill-building, with events ranging from canyoneering to day hiking. Attendees will enjoy awe-inspiring marbled canyons and staggering red peaks that most Americans never get to experience.
There are two open spots! We welcome anyone in the trucking industry that is active military or was honorably discharged. You can feel comfortable that this event is going to be very accessible for any fitness level. It has been tailored to accommodate anyone that’s interested in attending.
The Zion veterans adventure event will feature:
- Light day hiking in Bryce Canyon
- Low-intensity trekking in the famous shallow river gorge of The Narrows
- Scenic drive with stunning views of Zion Canyon
- Mild rappelling down red rock cliff faces of Lamb’s Knoll Canyon
R&R: Besides good food, this event will also include bonfires and activities geared to help you unwind among the stunning vistas and panoramic views of one of the most beautiful destinations on earth.
And scrub up that truck! We’ll be taking photos with the ruggedly gorgeous mountain silhouette of Virgin, Utah.
Transportation: Drivers will either fly into Las Vegas in the early morning, where they will meet a shuttle to Zion or park their truck at the Fairfield Inn in Virgin, Utah. All other transportation will be facilitated during the retreat.
