Black Rifle Coffee Company isn’t playing around when it comes to coffee or their support for military veterans.

CEO and Founder Evan Hafer joined the National Guard right out of high school before eventually joining the Army Special Forces and working for the CIA, and he brought small batch roasted coffee with him on each deployment.

He noticed how starting the day off with the special ‘brown water’ seemed to put everyone in better spirits, so when he returned to the states, he knew he had to start his own coffee company. And that’s when Black Rifle Coffee Company was born.

Black Rifle Coffee Company not only hires veterans directly, they give back to veteran, law enforcement, and first responder-serving organizations with each roast-to-order purchase. The beans are roasted at their Nashville or Salt Lake City facilities and then shipped all over the country.

“We develop our explosive roast profiles with the same mission focus we learned as military members serving this great country,” Black Rifle Coffee Company explains on their website.
