Active Heroes, a charity aimed at ending the tragedy of veteran suicide, invites you to join the 22 Pushup Challenge to raise awareness and funds to support their mission!
The 22 Pushup Challenge encourages participants to film themselves completing 22 pushups a day for 22 days, representing the 22 veterans who commit suicide in the US each day, or to challenge themselves to 22 pushups a day for as long as they can handle.
Those interested in participating can register for free or become an Active Heroes Ambassador for a donation of $50. Active Heroes Ambassadors will receive the ambassador package including a shirt and suicide information, and help crreating your very own fundraising page, allowing them to support programs that help thousands of veterans.
After registration is complete, participants should post the videos of themselves doing 22 pushups in honor of our fallen heroes with the hashtags #ActiveHeroes and #22pushups, to allow others to find their videos. Participants can do these videos by themselves or with a group and are encouraged to be creative with their settings, styles, props, or whatever they can think of!
